Your Responsibilities

As a Product Manager (m/f/d) for inductive and magnetic field-based sensors, you will be responsible for the complete lifecycle management of your product segment within the Product Management team for position and proximity sensors – from material setup, through further development, to discontinuation. The area comprises a broad product spectrum with diverse applications in the global market, production, and development environment.

• Coordination of product development from requirement to market launch in close cooperation with development
• Definition and implementation of product, price, and distribution strategy
• Creation of marketing materials, presentations, and technical documentation
• System setup and maintenance of product data
• Building and maintaining a stable partner network
• Responsibility for training as well as marketing and sales campaigns
• Support of sales in pre-sales and after-sales

Your Profile

• Several years of experience in product management or in the development of technically demanding products
• Ideally, sound know-how in inductive or magnetic field-based sensor technologies in the field of industrial automation
• Affinity for digital products, tools, and processes
• Experience in development projects, preferably with a focus on requirements management
• Confident demeanor, presentation skills, and confidence in handling technical content
• Good communication skills in German and English
