As a medium-sized, globally active medical technology company with approx. 120 employees, we have been developing and manufacturing innovative products and system solutions for endoscopy and minimally invasive surgery for over 30 years.

The product spectrum of XION ranges from rigid and flexible endoscopes to endoscopic lighting and camera systems and complete endoscopic workstations. Complex software enables the capture, analysis, processing, and archiving of video, audio, and measurement data, as well as integration into modern clinical information systems.

All essential company divisions, from development and manufacturing to sales, are located at the company headquarters in Berlin Pankow.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a full-time Product Manager (m/f/d) for Medical Technology / Endoscopy starting immediately.

XION GmbH is a subsidiary of the German Henke-Sass-Wolf Group, headquartered in Tuttlingen, Baden-Württemberg.

Your Responsibilities

As a Product Manager (m/f/d), you will take on strategic and operational responsibility for a defined product portfolio in the field of endoscopy / visualization systems. You will act as an interface between the market, development, and sales and actively drive the further development of our solutions. Your daily tasks include:

• Responsibility for the entire product lifecycle from idea to market launch and beyond
• Development and implementation of product strategies and roadmaps
• Analysis of market and competitive developments and derivation of recommendations for action
• Close collaboration with development, sales, marketing, and regulatory departments
• Definition of product requirements and support of development projects
• Organization, support, and execution of product validations and usability assessments
• Support of sales through training, presentations, and product documentation
• Planning and implementation of product launches (Launch Management)
• Maintenance and expansion of a sustainable network with opinion leaders / Key Opinion Leaders and users
• Organization and accompaniment of expert rounds, user workshops, and exchange formats with relevant stakeholders

Your Profile

• Completed studies in Medical Technology, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or comparable
• Several years of experience in product management, ideally in medical technology
• Technical understanding and strong economic thinking
• Experience in project management and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Very good communication skills in German and English
• Structured, self-reliant, and solution-oriented way of working
