As part of a re-staffing, we are looking for a solution-oriented and motivated Product Manager (m/f/d) to actively and market-oriented drive the further development of the product portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Central interface function between the market, internal departments, and management with clear responsibility for coordination and decision quality
• Direct exchange with customers and users for the creation and continuous further development of the product roadmap
• Identification, evaluation, and prioritization of market needs based on market and competitor analyses as a basis for decisions for sales and management
• Technical substantiation of marketing and sales arguments, as well as ensuring technically sound and practical user arguments
• Conducting cost analyses of resources, production times, and materials to prepare trade-off decisions with scarce resources

Your Profile

• Successfully completed business or technical studies or a comparable qualification, as well as several years of professional experience in an industrial environment, ideally with a focus on technical products
• Ability to systematically capture market and user feedback and translate it into structured decisions
• Hands-on mentality, high degree of independence, and genuine implementation strength while simultaneously being responsible for costs and resources
• Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, good technical understanding, and a structured way of working
• Very good German and English skills, as well as confident use of MS Office, especially Excel, ideally with CRM and SAP knowledge
