ARRK Engineering is part of the international ARRK corporate group and specializes in product development. Within the ARRK group, we implement product developments from virtual development through to prototypes and small-series production. The field of automated driving is developing rapidly – and with it the requirements for innovative software products and modern development approaches. To meet this challenge, we are currently building up a new product management for the area of automated driving. In this role, you will take on a central design function: you will shape structures, processes, and mindsets in product management from the outset and, together with interdisciplinary teams, develop innovative software products for the development of automated driving.

Your Tasks

• Development and further development of innovative software products for automated driving
• Identification and evaluation of new technological, methodological, and procedural innovations in AD / ADAS development
• Further development of existing solutions and automations into scalable, product-ready software products
• Definition of product vision, strategy, and roadmap for innovative development and software solutions
• Close collaboration with software development, systems engineering and testing, as well as other areas
• Transfer of technical innovations and development needs into clear user stories and requirements
• Support of the entire product lifecycle – from idea generation through prototypes to rollout
• Analysis of market, technology, and trend developments in the field of automated driving
• Hybrid work in the home office or at our location in Munich Unterschleißheim is possible

Your Profile

• Completed studies in computer science, automotive engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable degree
• Experience in product management, ideally in the automotive, software, and/or high-tech environment
• Profound understanding of the development of automated driving (e.g., ADAS / AD, software architectures, simulation, validation, toolchains)
• Ability to structure technical complexity and translate it into product strategies
• Experience with agile development models and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Fluent German and English language skills
