For the further development of our software solution RIB Civil, we are looking for a dedicated Product Manager (m/f) who brings technical understanding in the infrastructure sector and is confident in CAD-based planning processes and billing procedures. In this role, you will actively shape the product strategy, translate technical requirements into concrete development impulses, and work closely with customers, development, and sales.

Your Responsibilities

  • Evaluation and analysis of customer requirements with a focus on CAD-supported planning and billing processes
  • Specification of development requirements and subsequent validation
  • Analysis of guidelines and their implementability in the product
  • Creation of test scenarios and execution of application tests
  • Collaboration with our development center in Guangzhou/China
  • Support of pilot customers in development cooperations
  • Sales support with presentations online or on-site

Your Profile

  • Completed degree or technical training with a focus on construction technology (e.g., civil engineering, surveying, ...)
  • In-depth knowledge of CAD-based workflows and a good understanding of billing procedures in the infrastructure or civil engineering sector
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows operating system environments
  • Independent and quality-oriented way of working
  • Good communication and expression skills
  • Interest in international teamwork
  • Willingness and interest in committee work (e.g., FGSV, BuildingSmart)
  • Very good German skills (min. Level C1) and good English skills (min. Level B2)

Advantageous

  • User experience with the RIB Civil software solution
  • Experience in infrastructure planning, road/track design, or surveying
