Responsibilities

• You will lead an interdisciplinary team (Product Management, Sales/Marketing, Engineering, Logistics, Project Management) over the entire service product lifecycle.
• You will implement and continuously optimize product strategies for digital service offerings (simulation, artificial intelligence, predictive maintenance).
• You will be responsible for the further development of our service products and increase the system availability of customer systems through market, competitor, and profitability analyses.
• You will evaluate customer/project-specific adjustments and check their integration into existing product families.
• You will create, maintain, and support the release of the required product artifacts (requirements, design, test and release documentation).
• You will assume economic responsibility for service product development and monitor the budget (R&D, CAPEX).
• You will prepare decision papers, present them, and defend them to internal stakeholders and management to expand the service portfolio.
• You will ensure a structured information and lessons learned flow between all parties involved.

Profile

• Several years of professional experience in projects (as Project Manager (m/f/d), Technical Manager (m/f/d), Logistic Engineering Manager (m/f/d) or Sales Manager (m/f/d)), in product management, in systems engineering and/or relevant application experience.
• Ideally, you have a good understanding of military requirements and the military use of products, as well as experience in the maritime environment.
• You can demonstrate fluent German and English language skills.
• You can demonstrate initial international and intercultural experience and enjoy occasional national business trips.
• You have an understanding of basic business contexts and possess an entrepreneurial mindset, high self-motivation, and innovation potential (entrepreneurship).
• A strong customer and service orientation is a matter of course for you.
• Team, communication, and conflict resolution skills round off your profile.
