Your tasks - Development in focus

• You will take holistic responsibility for assigned projects or product developments within software development – including time, budget, and resource planning.
• As the central point of contact for your projects, you will support the specialist department, the department head (m/f/d), and the project manager (m/f/d).
• You will ensure the fulfillment of defined software requirements in the assigned projects and take responsibility for their prioritization and coordination within the product backlog (epics, user stories, etc.).
• Within software development, you will actively support the development team in implementing work orders (issues) from the backlog.

Your profile - Technical understanding with depth

• You have a completed degree in software development or a comparable qualification.
• Cross-functional technical understanding in the development of software products characterizes you.
• You have experience in software development processes and product development.
• Good programming skills in C and/or C++ are desirable.
• You possess strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills for assessing problems.
• Ideally, you have knowledge of SCRUM or other agile development methods and experience in developing training equipment, e.g., in the aviation technology sector.
