Your Role

For our Product Management department, we are looking for a Product Manager for Wave Soldering Machines (m/f/d) starting immediately.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the product strategy of wave soldering machines throughout the entire product lifecycle
• Creation of product requirements specifications for new and further product developments
• Analysis of customer requirements and systematic observation of market and competitor developments
• Representation of the market and customer perspective in interdisciplinary development projects
• Identification of relevant market trends and derivation of strategic measures for the product portfolio
• Operational and strategic controlling of the product portfolio
• Presentation and marketing of products at international customer and sales events, technology forums, and trade congresses

Qualifications

• Successfully completed studies in engineering (e.g., mechanical engineering, mechatronics, process engineering, industrial engineering, or comparable)
• Several years of professional experience in product management, business development, or sales of industrial goods
• Strong sense of personal responsibility and a structured, goal-oriented approach to work
• Entrepreneurial thinking and a cross-departmental perspective
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Knowledge of THT soldering technology and experience in electronics manufacturing are advantageous
• Willingness to undertake occasional national and international business trips
