About Us
To strengthen and expand our product portfolio in the area of motor feedback and sensorless systems, we are looking for a technically oriented personality with entrepreneurial thinking. In close cooperation with customers, development, and sales, you will implement innovative product strategies in growing application fields.
Your Responsibilities
- Strategic and operational product responsibility for our motor feedback systems and sensorless systems (optical, magnetic, inductive).
- Build and further develop a competitive product program in the area of optical, magnetic, and inductive solutions, including product positioning, roadmap, and go-to-market.
- Develop new segments and application fields beyond classic drive technology (e.g., robotics, medical technology, new industrial applications) in close coordination with our industry management and sales.
- Intensive collaboration with customers, development, sales, and management to derive market requirements, product strategies, and projects.
- Build and maintain, together with our strategic purchasing, global strategic supplier and technology partnerships for your product responsibility area.
- Close technical collaboration with project purchasing to define and specify solutions for customer projects.
- Improve the marketability of your products, e.g., through structured product presentation, support in building a configurator, and active generation of customer inquiries.
Your Qualifications
- Completed technical degree (e.g., electrical engineering, mechatronics, control engineering, mechanical engineering) or comparable qualification.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the drive technology, motor, encoder, sensor, or automation industry, ideally from a development background.
- Very good technical understanding of sensors (optical, magnetic, inductive), motor control, feedback systems, and relevant interfaces (e.g., BiSS, EnDat, Hiperface DSL, Ethernet).
- Distinct system understanding for the interaction of motor, converter, and feedback, as well as knowledge of typical applications (servo axes, robotics, AGV/AMR, mechanical engineering, etc.).
- Good technical knowledge and experience with magnetic technologies and suppliers (e.g., coded magnetic rings) are desirable.
- Experience in product management or in a combined role of development and customer interface, including business case evaluation, price/margin understanding, and competitive analysis.
- Very good communication skills at technical and management levels, as well as the ability to translate complex technology into clear customer benefits.
- Fluent English skills, willingness to travel (including internationally), and intercultural competence.
