Product Manager (m/f/d) for Software Solutions in the Public Sector

Responsibilities

Product Development:

• You will be the interface between our clients and the development team.
• Together with our clients and your team, you will analyze requirements and develop professional concepts for software development.
• You will prepare requirements for development and accompany their implementation.
• You will be responsible for quality assurance and check whether the implementation meets the stated requirements.
• Software testing is also part of your area of responsibility – you enjoy finding bugs and improving solutions.
• You will analyze legal and professional requirements in the Children & Youth policy area and translate them into understandable and implementable logic for our software.
• You will be responsible for documentation in your area of responsibility.
• With growing experience, you will take on responsibility for your own sub-areas of our software solutions.

Customer Support:

• You will conduct training sessions for our users.
• You will be the point of contact for our clients and support them with professional questions regarding the software.

Requirements

• You have successfully completed a degree or have a comparable qualification.
• You have at least 2-5 years of experience in product management or IT projects.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence is an advantage.
• You work in a structured manner, have a quick grasp of things, and think analytically.
• You have a good eye for details and contexts and work conscientiously and reliably.
• You are customer-oriented and enjoy interacting with people.
• You are enthusiastic about digitalization and IT topics.
• You present yourself professionally, communicate confidently, and keep a cool head even in challenging situations.
• You enjoy working in a team and feel comfortable in a dynamic environment.
• You have a hands-on mentality and a high sense of responsibility.
• You are interested in being a long-term part of our team and further developing our products.
