The Allgäu GmbH is the official organization for location and tourism in one of Germany's leading holiday regions. Winter tourism is an important part of the tourism value chain in the Allgäu. At the same time, we are strategically and sustainably developing the winter half-year.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated personality to manage this central topic on a part-time basis.

Location: Kempten im Allgäu Start: As soon as possible - permanent

Your Responsibilities

• Management and further development of the Winter business unit with leading winter destinations, cable cars, and hotel partners in the Allgäu
• Strategic further development of winter tourism in the Allgäu – from classic winter sports to snow-independent winter experiences (hybrid winter)
• Development and implementation of marketing, communication, and cooperation measures related to winter tourism
• Network management and close cooperation with tourism partners and regional stakeholders
• Marketing support for Allgäu-Tirol Bergwelt GmbH
• Support for innovative projects and initiatives in the field of winter tourism

What You Bring

• University degree or training in tourism, marketing, communication, business administration, or comparable qualification
• Ideally, experience in tourism, destination, or project management
• Enthusiasm for winter tourism and future tourism development
• Strong communication skills, network orientation, and independent working style
• Proficient in MS Office and good English skills
• Driver's license class B
