About

As a Product Manager (m/f/d) AI, Automation & User Experience at CHECK24 Vergleichsportal für Krankenversicherungen GmbH, you will actively shape the further development of our digital insurance products.

Our goal is to continuously make the digital insurance comparison more intelligent, efficient, and user-friendly. To achieve this, we combine modern technologies such as generative AI and Large Language Models with a consistently user-centered product approach.

In this role, you will take responsibility for central product initiatives around automated customer communication, intelligent process optimization, and innovative features in the comparison portal. In a modern development environment, you will work at the technological forefront of artificial intelligence (AI) and drive the strategic further development of our products.

Responsibilities

• You will conceptualize and manage new product features related to AI, automation, and digital customer interaction.
• You will be responsible for product initiatives from idea to go-live and work closely with software development and data teams.
• You will develop AI-supported solutions for automated communication and digital processes.
• You will analyze product and usage data and derive concrete optimization and automation potentials.
• You will continuously improve the user experience of our comparison portal.
• You will monitor new developments in the field of AI, generative models, and automation and examine their potential applications.
• You will work directly with management on strategic product initiatives.

Qualifications

• Successfully completed studies in economics, (business) computer science, data science, or a comparable degree program.
• Initial relevant professional experience in full-time (2-4 years) in product management, project management, or the development of digital products, ideally in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, as well as a high affinity for data-driven product decisions.
• Interest in current developments in the field of Artificial Intelligence, automation, and Large Language Models.
• Ideally, initial experience in programming or in the implementation of AI-based solutions, APIs, or technical product features.
• Hands-on mentality, initiative, and the ability to drive topics independently.
• Fluent German language skills (at least C1 level) in speaking and writing.
