Product Marketing Manager:in (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Development and implementation of innovative marketing strategies for our product lines in the field of electrical power grids
• Collaboration with sales, product management, research & development, and external partners to identify market requirements and design innovative product solutions
• Organization of product launches and creation of advertising and training materials.
• Optimization of the user experience, functionality, and aesthetics of our products
• Conducting market analyses to identify trends and potentials
• Development of sales promotion measures and support materials for sales and end customers

What You Bring

• Successfully completed education in marketing, product design, or an electrical engineering-related field
• At least 3 years of experience in product marketing or product design, ideally related to electrical or energy technology
• Good knowledge of control and network protection technology is an advantage
• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical content understandably
• Willingness to undertake occasional national and international business trips

• Fair & Attractive Compensation: The collective agreement minimum salary according to the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry for this position is EUR 3,775.27 gross per month on a full-time basis. The actual salary will be agreed upon in a personal interview.
