Professional Accountant/Financial Manager

Key Focus Areas

• Full accounting function and financial management
• Monthly management accounts, budgets, and forecasts
• Financial statements and audit processes
• Cash flow, invoicing, debtors, and creditors
• SARS compliance and statutory submissions
• Team leadership and process improvement

What We’re Looking For

• BCom Degree + professional registration (SAIPA / SAICA / ACCA / CIMA or similar)
• 3+ years’ relevant experience
• Experience in property / sectional title / HOA environment advantageous
• Strong Excel and accounting systems experience (Pastel beneficial)
• A proactive, detail-driven individual with leadership capability
