Candidate Architect

We are seeking a talented and motivated Candidate Architect with 1–2 years of professional experience to join a dynamic architectural team based in Pretoria. This role offers exposure to a diverse range of projects and the opportunity to further develop both design and technical expertise within a collaborative environment.

As an established architecture firm based in Pretoria, Gauteng, we offer extensive expertise across commercial (office and retail), residential, and institutional sectors. Our services span all phases of the building process, including concept design, development of construction drawings, site supervision, and contract administration.

We utilise the latest technology and advanced Building Information Modelling (BIM) software to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and development of architectural projects from concept through to completion
• Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and construction documentation using Revit
• Collaborate with senior architects and project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
• Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations and industry standards
• Participate in site visits, inspections, and project coordination as required
• Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (or equivalent)
• 1–2 years’ practical experience within an architectural practice
• Proficiency in Revit (essential)
• Strong design, technical, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively
