Your Tasks

• Collection, analysis, and validation of business and technical requirements in the APM and monitoring environment.
• Documentation and prioritization of requirements to create a reliable basis for decision-making.
• Development of business and conceptual tender documents for APM solutions in a complex technological environment.
• Ensuring professional communication and coordination with stakeholders, and acting as a liaison between business needs and technical solution approaches.
• Close collaboration with the Product Owner and the team to actively shape the further development of future APM solutions.

Must-Have Requirements

• Completed degree in Computer Science (ETH, University, FH) or an equivalent qualification.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment, ideally in the area of Monitoring / Observability.
• In-depth experience in Requirements Engineering (collection, analysis, validation, and prioritization of requirements).
• Very good understanding of APM and Observability tools (e.g., Dynatrace, Grafana, Elastic, Instana, New Relic).
• Experience in collaborating with technical stakeholders and the ability to mediate between business and IT.
• Analytical and structured working style with a high degree of personal responsibility in complex IT environments.
• Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.

Nice-to-Have Requirements

• Experience in an agile development environment according to Scrum or SAFe.
• Experience in the evaluation or selection of IT tools / platforms.
• Basic understanding of DevOps environments or monitoring services.

Additional Information

• Project Period: 15.05.2026 - 31.12.2026 with option for extension
• Working Hours: 80-100%
• Location: Bern with remote share per week
