Professional IT Support Engineer (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- First point of contact for customers with IT inquiries and ensuring smooth support
- Operation and optimization of Modern Workplace solutions based on Microsoft 365
- Monitoring and further development of IT systems including clients, servers, and cloud services
- Active participation in customer onboarding, documentation, and IT projects
Qualifications
- Practical experience in IT support with a focus on Microsoft technologies
- Interest in cloud, Modern Workplace, and continuous professional development
- Customer-oriented demeanor and solution-oriented mindset
- Very good language skills in German and English, French is an advantage
