Responsibilities

• Support and continuous development of complex network infrastructures in the enterprise environment
• Independent analysis and resolution of network disruptions (network troubleshooting)
• Responsibility for incident and change management in the network area
• Active participation in the further development of our monitoring and tool landscape
• Ideally, you have experience working for an IT service provider

Qualifications

• Degree (FH/ETH/TS) in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or equivalent experience
• Sound technical knowledge in the areas of Perimeter Security, Routing & Switching, VPN, TCP/IP, WLAN
• Training or certifications from Cisco & Fortinet. Optionally others like HPE or Alcatel Lucent
• Your German is stylistically confident, and you write and speak English
