As our Professional Active Sourcing Recruiter, you will take the lead in identifying, approaching, and engaging top talent across all departments—from finance and marketing to sales and operations. You combine creativity with sourcing expertise and enjoy being a generalist who understands a wide range of roles and team dynamics.

Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and convert top talent through proactive sourcing strategies
- Act as a strategic recruiting partner to multiple hiring teams across functions
- Build and maintain talent pools for recurring roles in tech, marketing, sales, operations, and more
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and team needs
- Contribute to recruitment analytics and reporting
- Represent PERGOLUX at career events, fairs, and networking meetups when needed
Requirements
- At least 2-4 years of recruiting experience, ideally with a focus on active sourcing
- Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, tools, and Boolean search techniques
- A generalist mindset with the ability to source for diverse functions and seniority levels
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter with a hands-on mentality and strong business understanding
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, XING TalentManager, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with ATS and CRM systems (e.g. Personio, Greenhouse)
- Fluent in English (C1+) and German (C1+)
- Valid residence and work permit for Germany
- Willingness to work on-site in Berlin
