Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Manager of Professional Services Engineering to lead a skilled team of engineers focused on implementing enterprise content management solutions using the Mobius application suite. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Team Leadership: • Collaborate with senior managers to define and track strategic goals for the team. • Lead a remote engineering team with a focus on balanced workload management and effective collaboration. • Manage project intake and staffing according to customer needs and team member strengths. • Encourage a growth-oriented culture based on respect, accountability, and innovation. • Develop individualized coaching and training plans for team members' personal and professional growth. • Facilitate discussions about team performance, growth, and career planning. • Invest in team development through ongoing learning opportunities and improvements. • Customer-Focused Solution Delivery: • Ensure delivery of high-quality services aligned with customer needs. • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, addressing their challenges and aligning solutions with their goals. • Guide customers on best practices for adopting and configuring Rocket solutions for long-term success. • Communicate project status, risks, and progress clearly with Project Management. • Support knowledge sharing by contributing to documentation and mentoring efforts. • Work closely with Product Engineering to incorporate customer feedback into product development. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: • Build strong partnerships across departments including Sales, Support, and Product Engineering. • Share customer insights with cross-functional teams to enhance collaborative outcomes. • Assist Sales during pre-sales phases to build trust and scope services effectively. • Work with Support and Product Engineering to advocate for customer needs and suggest enhancements.

Qualifications • 8+ years in Information Technology or software engineering roles. • 5+ years of experience in Professional Services, Consulting, or Engineering Management. • Ability to lead remote teams effectively with a focus on customer satisfaction. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. • Experience working across functional areas is essential. • Understanding of application lifecycle management and change management. • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. • Familiarity with legacy platforms (Mainframe, IBM i) is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits The annual salary range for this position is between $91,270.00 - $114,088.00 before taxes.
