Professional UI / UX Designer (m/w) 100%
Zur Verstärkung unseres Software Entwicklung Teams am Standort Wallisellen, suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung einen erfahrenen und selbständigen Professional UI/UX Designer (m/w) 100%.
Das erwartet dich
- Verantwortung für die konsistente UI/UX unserer gesamten Applikationslandschaft (Web-, Mobile- und iOS-Applikationen) sowie den Ausbau und die Weiterentwicklung unseres Design Systems in Figma
- Übersetzen komplexer fachlicher Anforderungen in klar strukturierte, reduzierte und skalierbare User Experiences
- Prototyping, Validieren und iterative Weiterentwicklung von Lösungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Product Ownern und Frontend-Entwicklungsteams
- Direkter Kontakt mit unseren Usern: Feedback einholen, Nutzerverhalten beobachten und daraus konkrete Optimierungen ableiten
- Zusätzlich (ca. 20 % deines Pensums):
- Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von kleineren Änderungen der ipex Website (Webflow)
- Erstellung von Applikations- und Marketing-Visuals
- Konzeption und Umsetzung von Release-, Tutorial-, Demo- und Marketing-Videos
Das bringst du mit
- MAS in Human Computer Interaction Design
- Mindestens 3 Jahre praktische Erfahrung im UI/UX-Design digitaler Produkte (Web und Mobile)
- Sehr gute Figma-Kenntnisse (Design Systems, Komponenten, Prototyping)
- Fähigkeit, UX-Entscheidungen strukturiert zu begründen und eigenständig zu vertreten
- Technisches Grundverständnis für moderne Frontend-Technologien und Freude an enger Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklungsteams
- Interesse an direktem Nutzerkontakt und iterativer Produktverbesserung
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse

Requirements
- MAS in Human Computer Interaction Design
- At least 3 years of practical experience in UI/UX design of digital products (web and mobile)
- Very good Figma skills (Design Systems, components, prototyping)
- Ability to provide structured justification for UX decisions and to represent them independently
- Basic technical understanding of modern frontend technologies and enjoyment of close collaboration with development teams
- Interest in direct user contact and iterative product improvement
- Very good German skills, good English skills
Responsibilities
- Responsibility for the consistent UI/UX of our entire application landscape (web, mobile, and iOS applications) as well as the expansion and further development of our Design System in Figma
- Translation of complex technical requirements into clearly structured, reduced, and scalable user experiences
- Prototyping, validation, and iterative further development of solutions in close cooperation with product owners and frontend development teams
- Direct contact with our users: gathering feedback, observing user behavior, and deriving concrete optimizations from it
- Maintenance and further development of smaller changes to the ipex website (Webflow)
- Creation of application and marketing visuals
- Conception and implementation of release, tutorial, demo, and marketing videos
