A senior Program Analyst is needed to lead complex analytical work for a federal agency focused on public safety and offender supervision. This role includes life-cycle cost analyses, support for strategic initiatives, and direct advisory work for leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Develop life-cycle cost analyses and financial impact assessments for programs and initiatives.
  • Analyze work distribution, staffing levels, and organizational structures; recommend improvements.
  • Evaluate administrative processes and systems and identify automation and efficiency opportunities.
  • Prepare high-quality reports, briefings, and decision papers for senior leadership.

Required Experience

  • 7+ years of program or management analysis experience in federal or related environments.
  • Advanced Excel and strong quantitative/analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated experience preparing complex analytical reports and recommendations.
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills.
  • U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a federal background check.

Salary

  • $110,000 - $120,000
  • Contingent upon contract award
