Program Architect / Program Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a Program Architect / Manager to lead architecture and delivery across large enterprise programs. This role ensures alignment between business goals, architecture, and execution while managing multiple teams and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program architecture and ensure consistency across projects
• Align with enterprise architecture standards and governance
• Lead and coordinate solution architects across teams
• Manage integrations, dependencies, and architectural risks
• Support program delivery and resolve design challenges
• Partner with leadership to drive successful outcomes

Requirements

• Experience in architecture or technical leadership roles
• Experience with large, multi-project enterprise programs
• Strong knowledge of systems, data, cloud, and integrations
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred

• Experience with ADMS (OMS, DMS, SCADA) and grid/utility systems
• Familiarity with AspenTech OSI ADMS is a plus
