You’ll work with dynamic, collaborative, and passionate teams, taking ownership of system engineering and development activities for embedded network solutions.
At the core of the role: coordination, technical leadership, and impact — working closely with technical leads and stakeholders to deliver high‑value solutions.
Your mission
- Lead and coordinate cross‑site development initiatives, driving strong alignment and team synergy.
- Act as the technical reference for the system and its architecture across the full lifecycle.
- Ensure Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) commitments are met.
- Drive exchanges with stakeholders and technical leaders, enabling smooth collaboration.
- Boost innovation and continuously optimize technical solutions.
- Build a collaborative, inclusive, and high‑performance team culture.
About you

You bring:
- An engineering degree (systems, software, telecommunications, electronics, or equivalent).
- Around 5 years of experience in embedded systems, electronic products, or IT/network environments.
- Solid experience leading or coordinating technical teams.
- Fluent English, comfortable working in an international context.
- Strong decision‑making and prioritization skills.
- A collaborative mindset built on transparency and adaptability.
- A proactive approach to solving complex problems and driving innovation.
