Program Lead – Education

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the long-term vision and strategy for the education vertical, aligning it with the broader goals of the organization.
• Design and scale impactful education programmes, with a strong focus on Early Childhood, digital learning, and school-to-skill pathways.
• Translate strategy into actionable plans—covering implementation, resources, timelines, budgets, and measurable outcomes.
• Strengthen and expand the impact of existing initiatives through innovation, partnerships, and ecosystem leverage.
• Build and nurture strategic relationships with government bodies, development agencies, and key stakeholders to drive collaborative impact.
• Establish robust monitoring & evaluation frameworks to track outcomes, ensure quality, and enable continuous improvement.
• Represent the organization in key forums, stay updated on policy changes, and foster knowledge-sharing and best practices across networks.
