MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Program Management Analyst (Journeyman) to join our team in Lexington Park, MD. This position is onsite.

The Program Management Analyst will leverage their technical background to support the F/A-18 and EA-18G Program Office (PMA-265) by providing critical total life cycle support management for the F/A-18A-D Hornet, F/A-18E/F Super Hornet, and EA-18G Growler weapons systems. You will be an integral member of the Growler Systems Integration's Integrated Product Team (IPT), ensuring these complex platforms meet current and future mission capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Performing critical program management, technical, or business analysis of major DoD acquisition systems to provide recommendations for program success.
  • Providing comprehensive program analysis support across all aspects of the Growler Systems Integration's Integrated Product Team (IPT).
  • Collecting, completing, and interpreting technical and financial data related to aircraft acquisition and product programs.
  • Tracking program and project status while maintaining detailed schedules to ensure milestones are achieved.
  • Applying relevant policies and procedures for financial planning and conducting business analysis related to lifecycle management.
  • Utilizing specialized knowledge of SECNAV, OPNAV, and OSD policy and documentation relevant to PPBS, MIPRs, and CDRLs.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma with 10+ years of experience, or an Associate degree with 8+ years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a Technical discipline with 4+ years of recent and relevant experience.
  • At least two years of technical effort specifically supporting major weapon systems and components development.
  • Proven experience processing program acquisition, funding, and contract documentation for military programs.
  • Demonstrated experience in program/project management support, earned value management, and scheduling.
  • Significant experience navigating complex data flows and working across large teams to drive a mission-focused agenda.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience with the F/A-18 platform and associated weapons systems.
  • Advanced knowledge of the DoD 5000 series and primary cyber risk or compliance automation tools.
  • Self-starter with excellent people skills who is able to work across teams and drive change throughout the organization.

Clearance Requirements

  • An active Top Secret security clearance is required, with the ability to obtain SCI and SAP access.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets and office machinery.
  • Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
  • Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
