Program Management Leadership Opportunities

About the role

We’re hiring experienced Program Management leaders to own the end-to-end New Product Development (NPD) lifecycle — from concept to market launch. This is a highly visible, cross-functional leadership role acting in a general manager–style capacity, driving scope, cost, schedule, and commercial success for innovative consumer products.

What you’ll do

• Lead global, cross-functional teams to bring new products from ideation to launch
• Own program delivery across scope, cost, quality, and timeline
• Drive governance, risk management, and decision-making using KPIs and data
• Partner closely with engineering, operations, supply chain, and go-to-market teams
• Identify and mitigate risks, resource gaps, and dependencies
• Communicate progress and escalations clearly to senior leadership

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical, or business discipline
• 8–10+ years of Program Management experience
• Strong background in New Product Development (consumer goods preferred)
• Proven cross-functional leadership and stakeholder influence
• Excellent executive-level communication and presentation skills
• Strong bias to action, accountability, and results
• Proficiency with MS Project (or similar), Excel, PowerPoint
