Conviso Inc is hiring PMO Analyst. This is a 100% REMOTE set-up position & comes with benefits, 401K & some accrued PTO. This role will focus on standardizing project delivery, improving governance, enabling strategic alignment, identifying success metrics, and formalizing project management frameworks.

Scope of Responsibilities

  • Establish and Enforce Standards: Develop and maintain project-wide standards, templates, tools, and documentation protocols to ensure consistency.
  • Resource and Capacity Planning: Oversee resource allocation and capacity planning to optimize team performance and project outcomes.
  • Onboarding and Training: Guide onboarding and training for new team members, ensuring awareness and adoption of PMO practices.
  • Financial Oversight: Track budgets, costs, and benefits realization, providing value tracking across all projects.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks through structured processes.
  • Issue Escalation: Maintain robust issue logs and escalation procedures for prompt resolution.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant SLAs, AQLs, and compliance requirements—especially IT GEMS SLAs and JEHR HA AQLs.
  • Governance – Project Approval and Prioritization: Manage and support project approval, prioritization, and governance processes.
  • Escalation and Issue Resolution: Develop clear escalation paths, facilitate timely issue resolution, and support leadership decision‑making.

Key Activities and Responsibilities

  • Daily Delivery Management: Own the day‑to‑day management and coordination of program delivery.
  • Process, Governance, and Compliance: Oversee ongoing adherence to process, governance, and compliance standards.
  • Reporting and Updates: Lead regular status reporting, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
  • Resource Coordination: Direct resource allocation efforts to keep projects on track.
  • Issue Management: Handle issue resolution and escalate as needed, according to established protocols.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive and implement process improvements aligned with PMO best practices.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Act as a bridge between the PMO and project delivery teams, supporting both through delivery alongside the Deputy PM.
  • Documentation and Process Adherence: Assist and coordinate efforts related to reporting, documentation, and adherence to defined processes.
  • Implementation of Best Practices: Champion the deployment of PMO standards and best‑practice approaches within delivery teams.
