About the role
Your responsibilities and tasks
The PMO member supports the Transform 360 organization in the effective planning, control, and quality assurance of the global S/4 HANA transformation role ensures that governance standards, reporting processes, and decision‑making mechanisms are adhered to. It creates program‑wide transparency, enables fact‑based decisions, and contributes significantly to the successful implementation of the global transformation program.
Program Governance & Steering
- Ensuring compliance with Transform 360 governance, processes, tools, and templates.
- Supporting the definition, further development, and implementation of the Transform 360 operating model.
- Coordinating and preparing steering committees, program meetings, and relevant decision‑making rounds.
Program Planning & Tracking
- Support integrated program planning across all streams and program functions.
- Monitor progress, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Maintain and further develop program‑wide dashboards and tracking mechanisms.
Reporting & Transparency
- Consolidating status reports for all work streams and functional areas.
- Creating management and executive reports for L2/L3 committees.
- Ensuring consistent, reliable, and transparent reporting.
Risk, Issue & Change Management
- Establishment, maintenance, and further development of the risk and issue register.
- Ensuring that risks and dependencies are addressed at an early stage.
- Support with change requests and their decision‑making process.
Alignment & Communication
- Promoting a smooth flow of information between work streams, program functions, and Transform 360 leadership.
- Preparing workshops, reviews, and program‑wide communication content in close collaboration with Change & Communication.
- Supporting budget planning, forecasting, and cost control.
- Monitoring external partner services, resource planning, and contract overviews.
Your profile and qualifications
- Several years of experience in the PMO of large transformation programs, ideally in an ERP or SAP context.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA implementations and global process harmonization programs.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders in an international matrix organization.
- Analytical, structured approach to work, strong communication skills.
- Confident use of MS Office, PM tools, and reporting systems.
- Experience with agile and traditional project methods.
- English is the working language; German is an advantage.
