Our client is looking for Program Manager, Softline’s. We expect the Program Manager, Softline’s, to have excellent stakeholder management skills, strong analytical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, with good customer and business understanding and demonstrate a high level of ownership, bias for action and customer obsession.

Key Job Responsibilities

• The Program Manager will work on key workstreams across catalog, deals & events, and Marketing related projects for Fashion category.
• They will be responsible for end-to-end management of key projects from defining goals, execution, and reporting to senior leaders on the performance against goals.

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience
• 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non‑tech teams experience
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP’s) at an advanced level and SQL
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of driving end‑to‑end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
• 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
• Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
