Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple cross‑functional projects from initiation through successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Proven ability to analyze business needs and develop actionable plans.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage multiple initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and reporting.
• Extensive experience with marketing operations or digital transformation initiatives.
• Proficiency with modern project management tools and agile methodologies (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project).
• Experience with digital marketing automation and analytics platform tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
• Knowledge of emerging AI and automation trends coupled with practical experience in innovation pipeline management.
• Proven track record of managing complex, strategic initiatives that align with corporate objectives and deliver measurable business results.
