Job Description

• Lead end‑to‑end execution of complex technical programs to ensure objectives, schedules, and deliverables are met
• Coordinate and align cross‑functional project teams and functional managers
• Manage program schedules, milestones, and dependencies across multiple projects
• Track progress and report program status, accomplishments, and risks to stakeholders
• Administer risk management processes and develop mitigation plans
• Facilitate clear, timely communication with customers and internal teams
• Support program delivery while ensuring alignment with overall business goals

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 2-5 years Program Management experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders
• Strong communicator who can effectively engage cross‑functional teams and customers
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and skilled in risk management and problem solving
• Able to align program execution with broader business and operational goals
