Job Description

As a Program Manager at Vusion, you play a central role in managing strategic programs for our key retail clients. You are responsible for the successful execution of pilots and ongoing programs, particularly in the context of deploying new Vusion technological solutions. You ensure coordination between the client and internal teams, and manage cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to guarantee the delivery of solutions and services on time, while maximizing ROI. In cooperation with the Solution Engineers and Sales Account Managers, you plan and coordinate all non-technical aspects. Client relationship management is central to this role.

Main Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Management: Lead collaboration with internal cross-functional and external stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of strategic programs, aligned with key account client objectives.
• Program Management: Oversee the program team to ensure timely and specification-compliant delivery of client solutions and services, with the goal of maximizing ROI for Vusion.
• Program Construction: Define program scope, deliverables, and necessary resources, then develop a comprehensive plan including risk management, budget, and performance reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
• Task Management: Establish detailed action plans and trigger escalation mechanisms, if necessary, to proactively anticipate and address issues.
• Collaboration: Work in close coordination with Operations, Engineering, Product Management, Supply Chain, and Legal teams to exceed client expectations and achieve business objectives.
• Risk Management: Take charge of initial risk assessments and mitigation plans, then monitor these risks throughout the program lifecycle to ensure successful execution.
• Budget Responsibility: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with defined business objectives and priorities.
• Feedback Loop: Implement a feedback capitalization process for each program, conducting internal reviews with delivery teams to foster continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

What we're looking for:

• 5 to 15 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, delivery, or implementation roles, managing complex projects for clients, ideally within a Tech or retail company.
• Experience in a role with very high client exposure, ideally gained at a software vendor, integrator, or a scale-up/start-up.
• Experience in managing stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
• Ability to manage key accounts and demanding senior-level contacts.
• Ability to coordinate Product, Tech, Operations, and Sales teams cross-functionally.
• Experience in a B2B Tech or retail environment.
• Excellent leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
