In this role, you will be the day-to-day operational leader for integrated programs, responsible for driving seamless cross-functional execution and achieving client objectives. You will directly embody our core competencies by designing and maintaining operational clarity, proactively mitigating risks, and fostering a successful working dynamic for both the agency team and the client.

What You Bring:
- 3+ years of progressive experience in Program Management, Project Management, or a similar operational role within an integrated creative agency environment.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional programs from initiation through delivery.
- Demonstrated maturity, composure, and emotional resilience when navigating high-pressure situations, conflict, or scope challenges, consistently modeling a proactive, solution-oriented mindset for the team.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and conflict resolution abilities, with a proven aptitude for reading team dynamics, building trust, and adapting communication style to foster a healthy, inclusive, and productive cross-functional environment.
- Expertise in establishing operational structures, resource management, and risk mitigation planning.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
