About

The Program Manager oversees the successful execution of product delivery and RMAs for Switchblade family of Intelligent Digital Tuners and Switches customers. The role requires a results‑driven leader experienced in program management, stakeholder engagement, and OEM product delivery. Key responsibilities include managing complex programs, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with DoD policies. Travel up to 10% within the Continental U.S. is required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead proposal efforts, collaborating with engineering, production, finance, and contracts teams to develop pricing and customer‑facing quotes.
  • Use IMS to track cost, schedule, and performance for multiple projects, IRAD efforts, and production efforts.
  • Provide program execution and performance management, overseeing planning, execution, monitoring of contract deliverables; establish performance metrics, track milestones, and manage risks.
  • Serve as main point of contact for Contracting Officers (CO), Contracting Officer’s Technical Representatives (COTR), and Government Program Managers.
  • Provide regular briefings, reports, and recommendations to senior leadership on program status and challenges.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal program staff.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and improve product delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation, automation, and process optimization within program operations.
  • Ensure program activities adhere to DoD regulations, cybersecurity policies, and contractual obligations.
  • Mitigate risks by implementing governance frameworks, quality assurance processes, and risk management strategies.
  • Manage program resources, including personnel, budgets, and schedules to meet organizational goals.
  • Utilize project management methodologies and tools to track progress and mitigate risks.
  • Mentor and manage a team of Project Managers.

Qualifications – Required

  • Eligible for Secret clearance.
  • BA/BS with 10+ years of relevant experience (experience may substitute for education).
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Experience leading and influencing cross‑functional teams.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully managing complex technical programs.
  • Knowledge of DoD policies, acquisition processes, and IT governance frameworks.
  • Understanding of engineering design and manufacturing processes.

Qualifications – Desired

  • PMP certification.
  • Expertise in developing strategies and driving business growth.
  • Proven skills in manpower utilization, procurement, training, problem resolution, and employee relations.
  • Experience supporting hardware production program.
  • Current Secret clearance.
  • Familiarity with DOD SIGINT systems for aircraft, vehicles, and/or ships.

Pay Range

The proposed salary range for this position is $90,800 – $199,700. Salary is influenced by geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and rates, prior experience, skills, education, and certifications.
