Job Title : Program Manager (Part-Time)

Location : Iju, Akure North LGA, Ondo State (Remote with occasional physical presence)

Salary : Up to ₦200,000/month (pre-tax)

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Program Manager to oversee operations and drive funding initiatives. This role is ideal for someone passionate about social impact, with strong management and stakeholder engagement skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Oversee and coordinate program activities

- Supervise the Program Associate to ensure smooth execution

- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations

- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports

- Manage social media presence and communication

- Manage relationships and communication with donors

- Identify and pursue new funding opportunities

- Ensure proper documentation and acknowledgment of donations

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Humanities, or related field

- Minimum of 2:2 (Second Class Lower)

- Prior experience in a similar role (NGO experience is a plus)

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cloud tools (Google Drive, Dropbox)

- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and within a team

- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism

- Fluency in Yoruba (Iju dialect is an added advantage)
