What awaits you with us
As a Program Manager (gn), you will take on the holistic coordination of (inter)national customer orders. You will act as the direct point of contact for international airlines, aircraft manufacturers, and regulatory authorities, ensuring a smooth flow of information within and outside our organization.
Responsibilities
- Planning, organization, execution, and leadership of projects through the realization of cost, time, and quality goals, and coordination of the budget.
- Creation of project plans, including the definition of milestones and the delegation of responsibilities and work packages.
- Continuous analysis and monitoring of project progress through, for example, creating reports or conducting review meetings.
- Timely implementation of necessary solution measures for project deviations.
- You are the direct point of contact for our customers and ensure a smooth flow of information to customers, aircraft manufacturers, suppliers, and within the team.
- Active stakeholder management, including the development of customer-specific solutions and the creation of requirement-specific presentations.
- Conducting effective claim and risk management.
Your Skills
Your strong problem-solving skills allow you to find pragmatic solutions? Your communication skills and motivation convince both colleagues and customers? You are a reliable team player and also bring the following:
- Successfully completed technical or business administration degree or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of relevant professional experience in project management within an internationally oriented manufacturing company.
- Ideally (initial) knowledge in aviation or interest and passion for the industry.
- You are a results-oriented and proactive person with a responsible and independent work style and enjoy working in an innovative and dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken, round off your profile.
