- Program Leadership: Design and execute business and sales programs from strategy to delivery.
- Sales Enablement: Boost sales productivity through planning, process optimization, and performance initiatives.
- Growth & Innovation: Identify new revenue opportunities and support strategic partnerships and market expansion.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure seamless execution.
- Reporting & Insights: Define KPIs, track outcomes, and present insights to leadership using CRM and BI tools.
