Key Responsibilities

• Program Leadership: Design and execute business and sales programs from strategy to delivery.
• Sales Enablement: Boost sales productivity through planning, process optimization, and performance initiatives.
• Growth & Innovation: Identify new revenue opportunities and support strategic partnerships and market expansion.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure seamless execution.
• Reporting & Insights: Define KPIs, track outcomes, and present insights to leadership using CRM and BI tools.
