Tech Frontier Program Manager (Contract)

Core Responsibilities

• Assist the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of startup accelerating programs, adhering to established program management methodologies.
• Collect and record program impact data, while providing regular program status updates, reports, and presentations to senior management.
• Act as a primary liaison for a branch of program stakeholders and coordinate in between to ensure the smooth and effective communication.
• Manage the day-to-day lifecycle of a designated cohort, ensuring all the sessions and milestones are being executed.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Relevant work experience is not a requirement but will be considered favorably
• Bilingual in English and Korean equivalent to native fluency
• Microsoft Office/PC skills
• Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills; ability to work collaboratively and build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to self-learn, act on own initiative and work in a dynamic environment
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
• Time management, planning, and organization skills
• Proactive and tenacious work ethic
• Ability and willingness to travel, as needed – may be subject to three (3) weeks of work trip in the month of July

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in start-up / technology commercialization field
• Understanding in lean start-up methodology and related acceleration program

Pay Range

• This position requires a minimum of 40 hours of work per week. Weekly pay ranges from $1,200 to $1,400, depending on qualifications. The contractor must adhere to KIC DC’s standard operating hour. Additional hours possible upon request from KIC DC.
