About this Position
We’re seeking a Program Manager to lead and support a Learning Community of young adults preparing for corporate internships and professional careers. This role serves as a bridge between instruction and real-world performance, ensuring learners demonstrate workplace-ready behaviors while progressing through the program. You will lead a team of coaches, support student success, and help drive strong outcomes across retention, satisfaction, and career placement.
This is a contract opportunity.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a Learning Community of 40–60 students and a team of professional skills coaches
- Train, coach, and support staff while running team meetings and coordinating schedules
- Oversee student performance, track progress, and support readiness for internships and career outcomes
- Facilitate applied learning experiences that build workplace skills such as communication, collaboration, and accountability
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Learning Community, including planning activities and supporting student onboarding
Job Skills/Requirements
- Experience leading teams, programs, or initiatives in education, workforce development, or related environments
- Strong coaching, facilitation, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and sound judgment
- Passion for supporting young adults and commitment to diversity and inclusion
