Program Manager Contractor – CRM (AMS)

CSI Companies is seeking an experienced Program Manager Contractor to support Application Managed Services AMS for CRM platforms in a fully onsite client environment. This role focuses on overseeing service delivery, managing integrations, and driving operational excellence across Salesforce based CRM solutions.

This opportunity is ideal for a program level leader with strong CRM and Salesforce experience who can manage complex application support initiatives while partnering closely with business and technical stakeholders.

You will be responsible for program oversight of CRM managed services, ensuring stable operations, effective integrations, and adherence to service delivery expectations.

• Hours: Standard business hours
• Location: Onsite Foster City CA
• Pay: $45–$55 per hour based on relevant experience and credentials
• Position Type: Consultant

Work Authorization

Visas are acceptable any EAD. Candidates must be eligible to work on W2 and must not require sponsorship for at least 6 to 12 months.

What you’ll do

• Provide program management leadership for CRM Application Managed Services
• Oversee Salesforce Service Cloud support operations and ongoing delivery
• Manage CRM integrations including MuleSoft
• Coordinate incident request and change management across CRM platforms
• Partner with stakeholders to prioritize workstreams and manage dependencies
• Track program milestones risks and delivery outcomes
• Ensure AMS service delivery meets defined performance expectations
• Coordinate with cross functional teams and vendors to resolve issues
• Support continuous improvement across CRM support and operations

What we’re looking for

• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud at an intermediate functional level
• Experience with integration platforms including MuleSoft
• Advanced program management experience
• Experience supporting or managing AMS or application support programs
• Ability to work full time onsite in a client office environment

Nice to have

• MuleSoft experience 3 to 5 years
• Salesforce Data Cloud experience 3 to 5 years
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience 3 to 5 years
