- Program Manager Candidates work to facilitate Cross-Cutting - Data Management & Business Intelligence delivering Business Analytics Support through Lead the mission | orchestrate delivery | keep data engineering, dashboarding, and report automation on time and on standard.

- Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, human resources, information systems, or related field; Master’s degree and federal certifications preferred.
- 10+ years of relevant experience with federal consulting, enterprise platforms, data/analytics, or program support aligned to Cross-Cutting - Data Management & Business Intelligence; demonstrated experience operating in regulated environments with stakeholder groups similar to NSF OCHCO/OCIO; ability to produce audit-ready documentation, executive briefings, and implementation artifacts in a hybrid federal delivery environment.
