Team & Function Overview

  • Focused on Early Career Talent Development Programs, including internships, co-ops, and rotational programs
  • Works closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, and business leaders
  • Supports workforce planning and organizational talent strategy
  • Engages with both internal stakeholders and external partners such as academic institutions

Core Responsibilities

  • Design, launch, and manage early career programs such as internships, co-ops, and rotational programs
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, and business leaders to align programs with workforce planning and organizational goals
  • Develop program curricula, including onboarding, training, mentorship, and professional development initiatives
  • Monitor program performance using data and analytics; provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Manage program logistics, timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for program participants, stakeholders, and external partners
  • Foster an inclusive and engaging participant experience aligned with diversity, equity, and inclusion goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and early talent pipelines
  • Track participant progress and support career development and conversion to full-time roles
