The Program Manager will lead complex programs across the division, from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, cost, and quality. Responsibilities

• Critically challenge project plans to ensure realistic and high-quality planning.
• Identify project dependencies and manage critical paths across multi-project programs.
• Identify risks, define mitigation plans, and monitor progress, report status and issues to senior management as needed.

Requirements

• Degree combined with formal training in Program Management.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in program management within industrial or R&D sectors.
• Experience managing multiple projects in parallel.
• Command of project planning tools, ideally Microsoft Project.
• Certification in Program Management (PMI) is an advantage.
• Experience with ERP-based project financial tracking (ideally SAP) is a plus.
• Fluency in English; French and/or German are strong assets.
