ITC Infotech recently acquired a portion of PTC's implementation services team and has set up its own business unit called DxP Services, which will be the largest concentration of Windchill PLM services expertise in the industry.

DxP Services sells and delivers digital transformation programs and is also PTC's chosen partner for the joint development and delivery of SaaS conversion projects globally.

It's an exciting time to join DxP Services, we're expanding - and we are looking for a Program Manager in Germany.

Tasks

• Plan, direct and lead projects that deploy PTC's technology solutions to drive value for clients by transforming how they create and service their products.
• Own the financials of the program including cost, revenue, and margin.
• Manage the customer account as well as the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of programs or multiple or large-scale projects.
• Own the DxP Services relationship with the client and collaborate with partners.
• Support new business opportunities and project growth by selling incremental value or defining and developing the next step of a Digital Transformation Roadmap.
• Work closely with business development to craft comprehensive account plans and strategies.
• Define, align, and document client vision and Digital Transformation Roadmap together with Principal Consultants and Lead Architects.
• Support and coach new project team members with a ramp-up plan.

Qualifications

• Educational background in Engineering/Industrial Engineering or Computer Science (Bachelor's or Master's Degree).
• 5+ years demonstrated project management experience in leading projects or programs.
• Ability to lead people in projects.
• Deep understanding of business processes and business objectives.
• Functional experience in any of the following industries: Automotive industry, automotive supplier industry, aerospace & defense, medical devices technology, electronics & high-tech, semiconductors, mechanical and plant engineering, etc.
• Excellent written & oral communication skills in both German and English.
• Willingness to travel.
