My client a leading telecoms operator is looking to recruit a Program Manager who will be responsible for Datacenter rollout for an OpenRAN network across Germany.

Your role and responsibilities:

• You will lead all Datacenter end to end rollout activities from physical installation of the racks through configuration, integration and commissioning right through to delivering fully operational datacenters.
• Acting as the senior interface with all partners helping to deliver Datacenters that enable my client to have a fully functional OpenRAN fully virtualized mobile network.
• You will help to deliver the program on time, within the specified project guidelines and within budget.
• You will act as the escalation point for all rollout related matters, meeting with C level when required whilst managing a productive relationship with vendors and system integrators.
• You will work with global R&D and deliver new market leading products to the program which improve network performance whilst promoting the product portfolio.

Qualifications:

• You will be an experienced program manager with excellent communication skills and the ability to work with technicians and explain technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:

The role is a long-term freelance assignment based in my client’s office in Dusseldorf. German language skills not essential but could be advantageous.
