In this role, you will report directly to the Director of Engineering and take charge of new program launches. With 5-10 years of experience, you will provide technical leadership to cross-functional teams, ensuring engineering deliverables meet project goals. Your strategic planning skills will help you develop timelines and manage project costs effectively while maintaining compliance with safety regulations and operational procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead the APQP process from initiation to production
• Direct cross-functional teams and deliver engineering results
• Develop project milestone plans based on customer requirements
• Track costs, margins, and on-time delivery performance
• Manage commissioning of new lines and systems efficiently

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of GD&T and mechanical drawings
• Experience in metal cutting, machining, and welding
• Excellent planning and communication skills
