About the role

About the job

A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. That’s why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

As a Program Manager for Market Intelligence, you will lead the SCORE program, utilizing AI-powered dashboards and heatmaps to transform global legislative, political, and social sentiment data into actionable risk intelligence. You are responsible for maintaining data integrity across the global portfolio, specifically evaluating high-scrutiny factors like water and energy usage to mitigate threats to capacity delivery. Beyond data oversight, you will architect the public affairs go-to-market playbook, synthesizing cross-functional insights to define engagement strategies, key messaging, and success metrics. You serve as a strategic lead for Data Center Infrastructure Delivery (DCID) Leadership, providing high-level visibility into global milestones and project assignments to ensure seamless infrastructure expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full program lifecycle from definition to delivery driving business outcomes by aligning cross-functional stakeholders and managing complex interdependencies across multiple teams.
  • Design and implement systems to monitor performance metrics and indicators, proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements and future optimizations.
  • Navigate changing circumstances by adjusting program levers including schedule, staffing, and feature sets to ensure high-quality results are delivered on time.
  • Use advanced program management methodologies to define and resolve ambiguous challenges, ensuring clear communication of risks, mitigations, and change management strategies to all partners.
  • Leverage proficiency in AI/ML technologies to identify and integrate automated improvements, streamlining program workflows and enhancing overall operational efficiency.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • 2 years of experience in program or project management.
