Job Description 👨‍💻

As a Program Manager, you will lead strategic programs end-to-end to ensure their success in terms of cost, quality, schedule, and performance. You will work in a complex and highly technical space environment, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and external partners. You will be at the heart of interactions between engineering, quality, finance, purchasing, suppliers, and customers.

Your Missions 🚀

• Define and manage program objectives: schedule, budget, technical performance, and deliverables
• Ensure alignment between contractual commitments and operational execution
• Structure and manage program governance: KPIs, steering committees, reporting, and action tracking
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, supply chain, finance, production…)
• Manage relationships with external clients and partners
• Manage scope changes, risks, and potential escalations
• Supervise suppliers and track their performance within the program
• Manage financial aspects: budget, CAPEX/OPEX, forecasts, and margin tracking
• Identify, anticipate, and address technical, schedule, or contractual risks
• Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements of the space sector

Profile 💁‍♀️

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 12 years of experience, including at least 5 to 7 years in complex program management
• Experience in the space, aeronautics, or complex industrial environment strongly appreciated
• Good understanding of regulatory environments (ITAR, ITU, space law…)
• Excellent communication in French and English
