Your Daily Life

At the heart of Saint Quentin en Yvelines, the Elancourt site is one of Thales's most important technological centers of excellence. The diversity and technicality of systems and equipment mobilize know-how in over 80 professions in high-tech defense, security solutions, and digital services.

Reporting to the sector manager, you will lead a portfolio of critical projects combining Operational and Security Maintenance, TMA, and transformation projects (Cloud, Data, AI).

Your role is cross-functional: you will be involved in the entire life cycle, from value proposition in the upstream phase to project closure, while ensuring operational excellence and financial profitability.

Your Daily Life

1. Delivery & Engagement Management (SLA/KPI)

• Contract Guarantee: Ensure strict adherence to contractual commitments (SLA, KPO) and quality of service.
• Operational Supervision: Coordinate activities with production teams, service centers, and Work Package Managers (WPM).
• Risk Management: Anticipate deviations, manage escalations, and implement action plans in crisis situations.

2. Business Development & Client Relations

• Client Interface: Manage high-level relationships, ensure client satisfaction (NPS), and lead governance (SteerCo, Technical Committees, etc.).
• Account Growth: Identify new opportunities and lead the design of proposals (RAO, costing, milestones) with technical and commercial departments.

3. Financial & Resource Management

• P&L Management: Consolidate financial indicators (PC, Revenue, and Margin) and ensure reporting (PCCA forecasts).
• Transverse Management: Mobilize and unite a multidisciplinary team (architects, experts, administrators) in an often international context.

Your Profile

Experience and Education

• Master's degree (Engineering School or University) with a specialization in IT.
• Proven experience in Senior Project Management or Program Management, ideally in an IT service company or in the industry sector.
• Solid background in IT Outsourcing and TMA with broad knowledge (Infrastructure, Cloud, Security).

Methodological Skills & Tools

• Frameworks: Proficiency in ITIL (V3/V4) for Service Management and project methodologies (V-Cycle, Agile/Scrum).
• ITSM/PMO Tools: Experience with solutions like ServiceNow, Jira, etc.
• Finance: Excellence in Excel for complex budget management.

Soft Skills

• Leadership: Ability to mobilize experts and convey a vision to the client.
• Communication: Synthetic thinking and strong interpersonal skills at a high level.
• Rigor: Management of contractual and financial commitments.
